A Cake That's Too Real

The cake, a macabre masterpiece, was a chillingly realistic depiction of a decaying corpse. Its skin, a sickly gray-green, was mottled with dark bruises and marred by open wounds. Maggots, crafted from sugar and food coloring, wriggled in the decaying flesh, while flies, their wings translucent and delicate, buzzed around the putrid offering. The cake’s eyes, sunken and bloodshot, seemed to follow every movement, their lifeless gaze filled with a haunting emptiness. Each detail, from the matted hair to the gnarled fingers, was rendered with disturbing precision, creating a horrifyingly beautiful spectacle.
