Pregnant Women Do The Exercise

35-year-old bodybuilder from Los Angeles Lea-Ann Ellis (Lea-Ann Ellison) gained the most publicity when posted in Facebook photo series from the gym. This photo caused a severe reaction and tens of thousands of comments. Only a small proportion of Internet users supported the woman's decision to continue to workout almost up to the birth. But the vast majority of users believed that Lea-Ann puts at great risk not only their own health, but also the life of the unborn child.

"People will always criticize what they don't understand. Most ignorant people anymore just yell. Most people positively and approvingly refers to my training. I have addressed a number of letters of appreciation that I am shocked, "said Lea Ann Allison.

Pregnancy is not a disease. Moms need to stop playing the role of weak and depressed, and to their health, to move more. It can be walking, swimming, weight lifting, it doesn't matter. While they will eat healthy food and exercise, their body will provide everything necessary to support a pregnancy, "says Lea Anne Allison.
